Adam Wendt

Adam Wendt

CEO
Adam Wendt has worked on over 70 educational technology and media projects funded through the National Institutes of Health, the United States Department of Education and collaborative agreements with colleges, universities, and research institutes around the country. Adam volunteers his time to support local and national innovation ecosystems, and he works for social and racial justice as a volunteer, and past secretary, of the Eugene-Springfield NAACP.
Georgia Harter

Media Manager/Producer
Georgia works with our clients to develop the scope, schedule, and budget for our eLearning and media projects, in addition to coordinating and directing our animation and live-action productions. Outside the office, Georgia enjoys directing short films and music videos.

Sarah Bania-Dobyns, Ph.D.

Instructional Designer/ Design Researcher
Sarah Bania-Dobyns is an instructional designer who collaborates with Trifoia’s clients to design engaging and accessible trainings and other learning materials. Prior to working with Trifoia, she consulted with university, nonprofit, and corporate clients, providing strategic advice and reporting, market and user experience research, and creative learning solutions. In her spare time, she enjoys being in nature and spending time with family.

eLearning Developer
MaKayla is a graduate of Lane Community College Media Arts Program who started as an intern in 2020, before joining the Trifoia team permanently. She splits her time between the Instructional Design department as an eLearning Developer and helping out the Media Department when they need her. In her free time, she enjoys a multitude of hobbies such as creative writing with friends, art, video games, and Dungeons & Dragons.

Sally Moen, MLIS

Software Engineer
Sally Moen is a front end developer at Trifoia. Sally has been working as a developer since graduating from Lane Community College in 2015 with an AAS in Computer Programming. She is also an occasional children’s librarian, having received an MLIS from the University of Washington in 2010. In her free time, Sally enjoys gaming, scripted TV, YA literature, and screenwriting.

Gary Tseng is the Research & Design product manager at Trifoia. Gary has years of project management experience in the tech industry and is pursuing his doctorate degree in clinical psychology.

As Trifoia’s Customer Support Manager, Martin helps keep our learners happy. Martin has years of experience in the Eugene tech industry doing everything from Product Support to Project Management. When relaxing, he likes reading at the park, solving puzzles, and building LEGO Technic sets.

Mark Davis

Mark Davis

CTO
Before finding a home at Trifoia, Mark’s been a fixture in the Eugene tech scene, opening CodeChops, Eugene’s first coworking space in 2011. After a decade of splitting his efforts between civic-tech volunteering projects as a Mozilla/Open Eugene Leader and running Dark Matter Consulting, the role of CTO at Trifoia allows him to marry his tech-for-good community interests with his experience delivering world-class software.
Connor Salisbury

Technical Project Manager
Connor Salisbury ensures our teams have the support they need to produce engaging content for our clients. Connor has years of experience completing large multimedia projects in the video game industry and related entertainment and education publishing locally and internationally. In his free time, Connor helps with community service projects and organizations such as Occupy Medical and Bitforest and enjoys hiking.

As one of Trifoia’s instructional designers, Ellie helps clients develop engaging and effective eLearning courses. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and all things outdoors.

Brinton Reed, MBA, M.S. NREM

Software Engineer
Brinton Reed manages the development of backend systems for Trifoia clients. In addition to managing websites and databases for numerous clients, he has also helped develop solutions ranging from predictive pricing models to 3D scanning software. Brinton has published economic research focused on Nepal, India and Albania, and has work experience in more than eight countries. He is a volunteer firefighter and loves animals, travel, sci-fi and music.

Methodologist
Jordan Pennefather is a research scientist and methodologist who oversees the design, implementation, and analysis of Trifoia’s research studies. Jordan enjoys exploring new cuisines but is always willing to fall back on his favorite dish, pho.

Shannon Dolan, QKC, QPA, QKA

Accounting Manager
Shannon oversees the Accounting Department at Trifoia. As a former university Accounting Instructor with a graduate certificate in Instructional Design she is very interested in the art of crafting exceptional eLearning experiences. She also loves reading, road cycling, and exploring McMenamins locations with her husband.

Tina Johnson is Trifoia’s IT and facilities manager who also leads the DevOps group. When she’s not at work poking, prodding, fixing, and upgrading, Tina enjoys the quietness of the forest and the chaos of family.

eLearning Department Manager
As Trifoia’s eLearning department manager, brand manager and graphic designer, Juan Alvarez provides brand direction and design support for internal and external clients. He enjoys landscape photography, foraging for mushrooms, and growing hot peppers which he turns into delicious hot sauces.

Product Manager
Ren brings a background in both tech and media production to confidently direct projects from inception through delivery. Importing tech-startup product management energy to deliver consistently high quality, high value products to clients. Ren likes to stand in a mountain stream to recharge and refocus, or watch movies and play board games to relax and zone out.

Ivy Gibson is an eLearning developer and quality control here at Trifoia. Ivy graduated from NAU with a BS in psychology and anthropology. She has a love for design and spends her free time crafting and making art. When possible Ivy enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her children.

Daniel Coats is one of our Front-End Developers. Since graduating from Lane Community College in 2019, he has worked as a freelance developer working with various technologies and fostering a curiosity about the details. A guitar player, former cement mason, and an ever-curious mind. In his free time, he enjoys continued education, gaming, and political activism.

As a research & design coordinator Kimberlee oversees project activities associated with grant-funded research projects. In her free time Kimberlee enjoys collaborating on civic projects that bring people together for the greater good. When not actively working on community projects you can often find her hanging out with her family playing board games or perfecting her cooking skills.

Danaan has the lucky job of helping recruit and retain the wonderful people that make Trifoia what it is. He consumes gratuitous amounts of sci-fi/fantasy and enjoys talking policy (especially related to funding education, which he studied in grad school).

Office Generalist
Ambra Perry assists with general administrative functions and is a member of the customer support team. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her husband discussing scientific discoveries, camping, gardening, and enjoying nature. Ambra also loves to spend time with her children and animals of all kinds, especially horses.
